Digging out space heating equipment at a crazy hour in the night

There’s nothing as horrible as waking up in the middle of the night and being unable to fall back asleep.

It totally ruins my entire day, or even my entire week, when I have super disruptive night and don’t get enough sleep.

At times, this occurrence is able to throw me off balance for several days or weeks on end. When my schedule is messed up, just a single bad night of rest somehow snowballs into multiple days of bad rest. That’s why it’s regularly pressing for me to prioritize my sleep during the night hours. If I wake up and am unable to fall asleep, I need to resolve the underlying complication immediately. This is how I wound up in the shed at 1 a.m. the other night, rummaging around through our huge mess of storage boxes and appliances. I woke up in the middle of the night and the air temperature was completely nippy… When I examined the temperature control, the temperature readout was only 50 degrees. When I actually tried to adjust the temperature programming, the gas heating equipment was not operable. I wasn’t about to reach out to a professional heating, cooling, and ventilation repair in the middle of the night. It would cost me a great deal of money in emergency repair fees for a designated Heating & Air Conditioning equipment contractor to come out to my beach property this late. Instead, I realized the only thing I could do to settle down and fall back asleep was to get outside and find the space furnaces inside the shed. I layered up and went out to the shed, where I managed to dig around for quite some time before unearthing 3 electric space heaters. When I got back inside my property, confident that I would finally be able to sleep, I found out that just one heater was working.
