My hubby has been an HVAC service pro for the past nine or 10 years and there are certain aspects of that work that make our lives harder. Of course, there are legitimately aspects that make life easier because he is an HVAC service pro, too. The two of us never have to spend money to get our air filters changed, the air conditioning plan tuned up, or our gas furnace fixed in the middle of the frosty Winter. My hubs is consistently updating and upgrading the HVAC plan in our house. I’m pretty sure that we have the most dominant, powerful and current heating and cooling plan in the entire village. Not only that, however we both also have the best indoor air pollen levels in the whole county! So it’s a superb thing that he’s an HVAC service pro. However, when we decided that we were going to transport to another house, I realized that working as a realtor to an HVAC serviceman is legitimately not the easiest work in the world! The two of us require a larger place because we are going to be having twins in the fall and so we need to transport quite suddenly. Our terrible realtor is running herself ragged trying to find a house for us with a great heating and cooling plan that is up to our hubby’s standards. I keep telling him that he can tinker with it to his certainations after we find a new house, however it’s almost like he’s looking for small complications when we look at houses! I assume that he undoubtedly doesn’t want to transport because he has the HVAC plan set up just like he wants it at our modern house. He knows that in a new place, he will have to start the process all over again.
