Hunter diversifies from the family HVAC business

Hunter had been working hard at Bob’s Heating, Ventilation, and A/C shop since the day he graduated from the HVAC tech university.

Hunter and his Mom worked well together, and his brother had gone off to university long ago, so they rarely saw him anymore.

Bob and Hunter were getting closer than ever, as well, however Hunter was harboring a secret resentment, when his dad was not much older than he was, Hunter knew he was made a supervisor at his boss’s heating and cooling supplier. He rapidly got a large raise and was put in charge of his own Heating, Ventilation, and A/C crew of multiple young men. Hunter thought he was just as good as his family was, and he wanted his own crew, too. The problem was, Bob’s Heating, Ventilation, and A/C was not nearly as large as the old school competitor and Bob had men absolutely working there for years who still had not been made supervisor. He did want to tick off all of his employees by giving his only working child the title of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C crew supervisor. Hunter said he understood, however underneath his smile, he was aggravated. Hunter was giving drastic thought to branching out on his own and starting his very own heating and cooling supplier. Hunter even went so far as to talk to his mom about it. She swore his to secrecy, and his mom didn’t tell Bob! Finally, after a certainly stressful day a single day, Hunter called the local Small Business Administration to find out what was involved in getting a loan to start his first air conditioner and heating repair supplier… Hunter was eligible and he told his Mom he was leaving Bob’s Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company.
